What is Phronesis Care?
“Phronesis” (φρόνησῐς) is a Greek word that can be summarized in numerous ways—practical knowledge, prudence, or learned wisdom.
Phronesis comes when we gain experience (learning a “gut feeling”) and when we put that together with the right action at the right time.
Choosing Phronesis as our name means that we’re focused on providing the right praxis (right action) with the right motivation and for the right purpose.
As an organization, Phronesis Care provides:
- Coaching (leadership, executive, and mental health)
- Organizational Consulting and Advocacy (safe environment and abuse prevention; change management; religious and non-profit development, diversity, equity, and inclusion)
